CEO Kallup has left the Dauphin Group

Dr. Bernhard Kallup, Chairman of the Management Board of the holding company Dauphin Office Interiors since October 2016, has left the company and transferred the management tasks to a four-person management team. As a statement released today by the company indicates, Dr. Ing. Jochen Ihring assumed the function of spokesman for the management. Ihring has been Managing Director of the Dauphin HumanDesign Group since 2006 and, since 2014, also Managing Director of the Holding. In the future, he will be responsible for all innovation processes, marketing and product management as well as the USA and South Africa markets. In addition, Ihring has taken over the management of Dauphin Entwicklungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft and is responsible for strategic purchasing there.

Christoph Schülner has been managing director of the Holding since April 2018 and is responsible for the group’s finance and accounting as well as the reporting, controlling, IT and human resources departments. Schülner was previously from September 2017 to February this year, interim manager in the field of Global Finance & Administration of the manufacturer of glass bottles Heinz glass. From August 2014 to September 2017 he worked as CFO for the manufacturer of entertainment technology Loewe Technologies.

Dr. Rolf Hallstein has been managing director of the office furniture factory Friedrich-W since April. Dauphin GmbH & Co. In this position, he is responsible for production and logistics, including materials management and the order fulfillment process of the group’s manufacturing operations.

Stefan Scheurer was appointed Managing Director of the HumanDesign Group alongside Ihring on 1 October last year. There he had initially taken over the management of Germany sales. In the meantime he is responsible for the worldwide distribution of all brands including the European foreign branches.
